Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.

You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.


Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Colombo & suburbs: 1–3 business days
  • Outstation areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any additional charges imposed by the courier (such as re-delivery fees due to incorrect address or unavailability) will be borne by the customer.


Delivery Details

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available, details will be shared via WhatsApp/SMS once the order is dispatched.


Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us within 7 days of dispatch so we can assist you.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services
  • Delays due to natural disasters, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control

Exchanges & Shipping

If an exchange is approved:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
