Refund policy

Exchange Policy

At Beeta Fashions, we do not offer refunds or returns. We only provide exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are allowed only for size or colour.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
  • The original bill or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Accessories and innerwear (if applicable) are not exchangeable.
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse will be rejected.
  • White and off-white items are not eligible for exchange.

Damaged Items Sent for Exchange

  • All exchange items are inspected upon receipt.
  • If the item sent for exchange is damaged, stained, washed, altered, or missing tags, a handling charge will be applied.
  • The handling charge will be informed to the customer before processing.
  • If the customer declines the handling charge, the item will be returned at the customer’s expense.

Delivery Charges

  • All delivery and exchange shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for exchange
  • Clear photos of the item (if requested)

Requests can be made via our official WhatsApp, Instagram, or contact details provided on the website.

 

  • Beeta Fashions reserves the right to approve or reject any exchange request based on inspection and policy compliance.
